If you primarily target or operate from another country, you may wish to consult counsel and adjust this section.
16) Export & Sanctions
You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws. You may not use the Site if you are barred under such laws or appear on any government list of prohibited parties.
17) Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
18) Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements on the subject.
